IncBuddy Technologies Private Limited respects your privacy and recognizes the need to protect the personally identifiable information as per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, or DPDP Act, passed in August 2023 (any information by which you can be identified, such as name, address, and contact number, passport details and other travel related information). We would like to assure you that we follow appropriate standards when it comes to protecting your privacy in our systems. We track the Internet address of the domains from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but the individual user remains anonymous.

Customer name, address, phone number, traveler’s name, and age, credit card details are shared with applicable service providers like the airlines, hotels, payment gateway providers etc., for the purpose of reservation and booking the services for the customer/traveler.
For platform data security, we use SSL, 2FA , JWT (authorization), a Strong Password policy, Regular auto backups, a Secure host, Access Control, and input validations to prevent SQL injections, and XSS.
Information like Credit Card Details and Net Banking Details are collected directly by the payment gateways and banks and not by IncBuddy Technologies Private Limited, but if ever stored or retained by us, remain internal and is never shared, except that they may be shared with third-party private/government security agencies to screen for fraudulent activities. These details are also shared with certain third parties only for the purpose of processing ‘Cash Back & Discounts’ and Charge Backs, if applicable.
Information like Mobile no and e-mail address may be used for promotional purposes to provide offers, unless the customer/user “opts-out” of such use. If you choose not to share this information, you can still visit the IncBuddy Technologies Private Limited’s website, but you may be unable to access certain options, offers, and services.
Appropriate steps are taken to protect the information you share with us. We have implemented technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access and improper use or disclosure. IncBuddy has a transparent pricing policy based on the service unless otherwise agreed. Below table highlights the pricing for all the services. For Holidays & MICE, we do not have a fixed service fee and depends on the landing cost.

To amend/cancel your ticket, please write to our Customer Care on support@incbuddy.in.
Fee structure – The details for the fee structure will be detailed in the contract signed with the respective organization
Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets are at all times subject to fees/ charges/ levies/payments as may be levied or may be payable to the relevant airline/ carrier in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy. Prior to booking tickets, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked. Any cancellation/ amendment fees/charges /levies /payments levied by/payable to the relevant airline shall be to your account.
The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request (some airlines may take longer). If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque or bank transfer once the refund has been received from the airline. All refunds shall be processed subject to the processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.
Please note convenience/service fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.
